Le programme "We have not forgotten you!" - The program "We have not forgotten you!"
Le programme "We have not forgotten you" est un programme de communication afin de démontrer que jamais, nous n'avons perdu de vue ou perdu de nos contacts, nos homologues et le département dans son ensemble du New York Police Department.
Au fil de ces deux dernières décennies, une relation forte et sincère s’est construite entre nos deux institutions, nourrie par le respect mutuel, la mémoire partagée, et un attachement profond aux valeurs de service, de justice et d’humanité.
Ce lien, nous ne l’avons jamais perdu de vue.
Des années d’épreuve, une volonté intacte
Les dernières années ont été marquées par des circonstances exceptionnelles :
La pandémie de Covid-19
Les restrictions internationales de déplacement
L’engagement opérationnel autour des Jeux Olympiques et Paralympiques de Paris 2024
Malgré ces défis, notre détermination à préserver ce lien est restée intacte.
La délégation initialement envisagée pour septembre 2024 n’a pu se concrétiser comme expliqué ci-dessus, mais l’année 2025 s’ouvre comme un nouveau chapitre : celui du renouveau, de la continuité et de la fidélité.
Hommage à Wilton SEKZER
À l’occasion de cette relance, nous tenons à rendre un hommage particulier à Wilton SEKZER, figure centrale de cette aventure humaine.
Son engagement, sa mémoire et son humanité ont été la pierre angulaire de notre relation avec le NYPD.
Son souvenir reste vivant dans chacune de nos actions, dans chacun de nos échanges.

2025 : une nouvelle étape
En 2025, nous renouons avec conviction nos programmes d’échange et de coopérations avec le NYPD.
Nous souhaitons :
Rencontrer la nouvelle génération de policiers new-yorkais et poursuivre nos relations initiées au soir du 9/11
Echanger, communiquer ensemble à travers nos actions associatives complementaire au programme Band of Brothers.
Transmettre les valeurs fondatrices de notre fraternité internationale, née du 11 septembre 2001
Un engagement pour demain
Ce programme "We have not forgotten you" signifie plus qu’un simple retour.
Il signifie :

Over the past two decades, a strong and sincere relationship has been forged between our two institutions, built on mutual respect, shared remembrance, and a deep commitment to the values of service, justice, and humanity.
This bond has never been forgotten.
Challenging Times, Unwavering Commitment
The recent years have brought exceptional challenges:
The COVID-19 pandemic
International travel restrictions
Our operational focus on securing the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games
Despite these obstacles, our determination to preserve and nurture this relationship has never faltered.
While the delegation initially planned for September 2024 could not take place, the year 2025 marks a new chapter of renewal, continuity, and loyalty.

As we renew our efforts, we pay special tribute to Wilton SEKZER, a central figure in this human and institutional journey.
His commitment, memory, and humanity have been the cornerstone of our relationship with the NYPD.
His legacy lives on at the heart of every initiative and exchange we undertake.
